In accordance with the provisions of the Law on personal data protection, Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment Studios, Svetosavska 26/9, Požarevac, CRN  21584746 (hereinafter: ILBE Studios) collects and processes the personal data of candidates for employment purposes, and for that reason pays special attention to their appropriate storing, processing, and protection. 

Personal Candidate Data refers to all personal information collected during the recruitment process. 

Processing Personal Candidate Data refers to any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Responsible Person for Personal Candidate Data collects your personal data, determines the purpose and methods of their processing, and is responsible for processing such data in a manner consistent with applicable legal regulations on the protection of personal data.

Types of the Collected Personal Candidate Data 

ILBE Studios collects and processes Personal Candidate Data for employment purposes permitted by law.  

Company ILBE Studios provides clear explanation to candidates on how Personal Candidate Data will be used. 

This includes information such as name, address, business or private e-mail address (depending on which you use for business correspondence), business or private phone number (depending on which you use for business correspondence), date of birth, place of birth, place of residence, education details, professional experience, and other information related to work history (hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data).  

ILBE Studios may also collect: 

  • Candidate resume (CV) 
  • Candidate work portfolio (which has to be approved by third parties who hold the IP prior to job application submission). 
  • references (which has to be approved by referee prior to job application submission) 
  • photos, videos or other files provided by candidate as part of their application 

ILBE Studios may also collect data including gender, race or ethnicity, information about health and physical condition.  

When the Personal Candidate Data is collected? 

ILBE Studios collects personal data when: 

- storing applications, including, resumes, cover letters, portfolio, references, and other accompanying documents when applicable 

- conducting job interviews and providing notes and reports  

- conducting test assignments 

Purpose of Personal Data Collection 

Personal Candidate Data is collected with the purpose of ensuring smooth, on-time, relevant and professional employment process. 

Personal Candidate Data is used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way, only for the purposes stated to Candidate in advance.  

Company ILBE Studios collects personal data for employment purposes, including: 

  • Creating a candidate overview and short lists 
  • Contacting candidates 
  • Running job interviews and tests 
  • Onboarding 
  • Conducting contracts and accompanying documents 
  • Conducting analysis on labor market trends for internal business planning, recruiting and educational activitie

Sensitive data 

Sensitive Personal Candidate Data only in the following cases: 

  • ILBE Studios will use information about a candidate disability status to consider whether it will need to provide appropriate adjustments during the recruitment process, for example whether adjustments need to be made during an interview.  
  • ILBE Studios will use information about a candidate nationality or ethnicity, to assess whether a work permit and a visa will be necessary for the role.  
  • ILBE Studios may use information about a candidate race or national or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, or sexual life or sexual orientation (if candidates agrees to provide such information), to ensure meaningful equal opportunity 

Safety of Personal Candidate Data 

All Personal Candidate Data ILBE Studios holds is stored the secure servers which ILBE Studios owns or license from appropriate third parties.  

ILBE Studios applies industry standard procedures and security standards to prevent unauthorized access to company servers, as defined by the ILBE Studios Privacy Policy.  

Personal rights and revocation of consent 

The person has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to him/her via the e-mail address careers@ilbestudios.com.  

In case of unauthorized processing, a person may contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. The person can revoke the consent at any moment. 

Other rights of person whose data are processed: 

  • The right to be informed 
  • The right to correct 
  • The right to delete 
  • The right to limit the processing 
  • Transferability right 
  • Right to object 

Date of Data Storage  

Personal Candidate Data will only be collected as long as is necessary the hiring activities and operating business. 

ILBE Studios keeps personal data while there is a legitimate interest in it or until the moment of revocation.
